  1. 5marks for Literature survey
  2. 3marks for Formatting report  

30marks allotted by HOD, Guide, Coordinator.











Number of Reports


The total number of reports to be prepared are

  1. One copy to the coordinator 
  2. One copy to the concerned guide
  3. One copy to the candidate.

The organization of the report


The organization of the report should be as follows
  1. Inner title page
  2. Abstract or synopsis Usually numbered in roman
  3. Acknowledgments
  4. Table of contents
  5. List of table & figures (optional)
  6. Chapters (to be numbered in Arabic) containing Introduction- which usually specifies the scope of work and its importance and relation to previous work and the present developments, Main body of the report divided appropriately into chapters, sections and subsections.

Notice!!

1. Acknowledgement may or may not include Seminar Coordinators Name but should be included in the certificate.
2. Make sure that before finalizing the report you show that to your Project Guides without fail.
3. Its your whole responsibility to make your report format right.


STUDENTS WHO HAVE THE SEMINARS ONLY ON 10TH AND 11TH CAN SUBMIT THE ROUGH COPY  OF REPORT AS A TEMPORARY COPY TO THE COORDINATOR BUT NOT FOR OTHERS(FROM 13TH ONWARD'S.....). 

THOSE WHO ARE GIVING SEMINARS ON 10TH AND 11TH SHOULD SUBMIT THE FINAL COPY TO THE RESPECTIVE STAFF WITH ALL SIGNED ON 13TH.
